Introduction: Pregnancy physiologically undergoes an adaptation of the cardiovascular system so that dilution occurs blood that can cause hemoglobin levels to decrease. This condition can have an impact on increased risk of pregnancy which is harmful to the health of the mother and child. For this reason, One of the roles of midwives in preventing with comprehensive pregnancy care is the provision of a combination of spinach and tomato juice to help increase hemoglobin in pregnant women Methods: This study uses a Parametric test, namely an Independent Sample Test In this study, a sample of 30 respondents was used as an experimental group and a control group. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling. In this study, the independent variable is a combination therapy of spinach and tomato juice, the bound or dependent variable is an increase in hemoglobin levels. Data analysis in this study uses an Independent sample test at spss 25.Results: of the study obtained a significance value of P value 0.019 <0.05 which means that there is an effect of a combination of green spinach juice on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at the Balisoan Health Center. The involvement of husbands and families is able to increase healthy sniffing behavior, especially in compliance Consuming spinach and tomato juice effectively increases hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. Because Spinach and tomatoes have a high content of iron and vitamin C so that it accelerates absorption of iron in the body. Conclusion: This study can be concluded that there is an effect of the combination of green spinach juice and tomatoes on the Hb level of pregnant women at the Balisoan Health Center
