Introduction: Reproductive health problems are still common among adolescent girls, one of which is the lack of knowledge about maintaining reproductive organ hygiene. A preliminary survey at MTs Miftahul Ulum Sumberwringin Klakah Lumajang showed that most students did not know how to properly perform vulva hygiene. This condition can increase the risk of reproductive organ infections. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education through video media on the level of knowledge about vulva hygiene among seventh-grade female students. Method: This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-post test design. The level of knowledge was measured using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The study was conducted in April with a total of 24 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Results: The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value = 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant difference in knowledge levels before and after receiving health education through video media. Conclusion: Health education delivered through video media is effective in increasing knowledge about vulva hygiene among seventh-grade female students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Sumberwringin Klakah Lumajang.
